Mhoroi Gunyana! | Hello September!

Gunyana | (Shona word) September | Goo-nya-nah. My inner summer baby is doing back-flips and handstands in joy because September officially heralds the return of the sun, here in the southern hemisphere. In the same breath, it is also is an unwelcome reminder that there are only 4 months left in the year *gulp*. In the spirit of being more intentional with my time, I recently found myself not only reflecting on all the goals and activities I would like to achieve over the next 30 days, but also musing about what September represents to me. So if you’ve got time to spare between your busy meetings or whilst travelling back home from work (really depends in which timezone you reside), have a read through what the 9th month of the year represents to me.

36 Questions To Fall In Love: #5

Every once in a while I take it upon myself to answer one of psychologist Arthur Aron’s “36 Questions To Fall In Love“. Not only are some of his questions quite entertaining and deeply revealing, but apparently they are also likely to increase your chances of making a love connection if you use them on a first date (don’t say I never helped y’all out). Now this isn’t a date like scenario…but if you light up some candles, spritz some cologne/perfume and put on some pretty music while you read this, you never know 😉

36 Questions to Fall In Love: #12

Okay chickens, I’m kicking off this week by answering another one of psychologist Arthur Aron’s “36 Questions To Fall In Love“.  As I mentioned in an earlier post, I thought it would be fun to answer some of the questions on this here blog because: i. I honestly didn’t have any answers for most of them, when I first went through the list; ii. Who knows, Arthur Aron could be onto something and we’re already half way to falling in love right now *flutters eyelashes*; and iii. I really want to hear YOUR answers to these questions so tell me, tell me, tell me by dropping me a line in the comment section.
